Technology Project Protocol Management

Technology Project Protocol Management (TPPM): This research frames project management as an epistemic validation protocol rather than a procedural checklist, designed to reduce “epistemic drift” between strategy and implementation.

TPPM overlays (not replaces) Agile/PMP by enforcing scientific cycles (hypothesis, observation, experimentation, falsification, replication) and by regulating Core Stack (pre-build reasoning) and Core Build (execution/testing).

In an 18-project comparative design (Agile-only vs hybrid vs TPPM-strict), reported results include reductions in conceptual deviation (42% → 8%), improved delivery time (24 → 17 weeks), lower post-deployment defects (baseline 100% → 49%), and higher stakeholder confidence (0.62 → 0.91).
