BEGINING (SDSB) psychometric scale study

This document presents the BEGINING/SDSB as a standardized tool for measuring professional inclinations and academic specializations, based on a long application window (about 12 years) and a large sample (17,656 secondary/university students).

It reports high reliability (0.93) and criterion-related validity via correlations with Holland SDS (83.85%), Herrmann HBDI (84.22%), and the Personality Compass (89.20%).

The model organizes outcomes into 12 main career paths, each containing 10 specialization/professional levels with associated ability percentages.
